Not thick enough

And of course I knew I wouldn't be thick enough with no meds increase - I went up .1 of a mm.  So I'm exactly 8.0mm thick.  Tonight I need to add patch number two.  Secretly I want to insert a vaginal estrace b/c I still have some left over, but I don't see how I can go against doctor's orders.  So, hopefully having two patches will do the thickening.  My next u/s is on Friday morning.  If I am thick enough on Friday then they will start the progesterone and I will transfer 4-6 days later.  We are looking at Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of next week.  One week to go before starting the dreadful 2ww...or 8dw as they like to allow me...even 8 days is torturous.
