7wk2d u/s

I have to admit I was nervous today leading up to my u/s. Plus, I had to wait for 45 minutes with a full bladder until they finally took me. I peed several times waiting to be taken in - practising my kegels if you will :)

I finally got my full bladder u/s and the tech was silent...I thought something was wrong and I told her I had the brown discharge. She reassured me immediately and said that the baby was fine and she would look for the bleeding on the trans u/s.

My mom came in for the second u/s. My baby has grown since my last u/s (which is great) and is measuring at 7wk6d....I was always the kid at the lowest end of every scale (weight, height)...and my little embryos were all preblastocysts even though they sat for 5 days...but look at my little embryo 4 days ahead of schedule :)

There was bleeding shown in my u/s. My RE tried to explain to me about how as the yolk sac burrows into my uterus, it sometimes causes bleeding - I think like implantation bleeding...and that's what he thinks is happening to me.

Just to be sure, he's doing b/w on me tomorrow morning (the b/w people at the clinic today had gone home - but this means I get to see my regular nurse for the first time at my clinic) and I get to have another u/s in 2 weeks (at 9 wk) instead of waiting until 12 wk....That will reassure me a little.

In the meantime, I need to stay calm and not worry every time I see brown - easier said than done.
